Function
Your role as CMM Team Lead As a CMM Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of inspectors working with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). You will ensure that all inspections meet the highest quality standards and that processes are continuously improved.
You will be the primary point of contact for quality within your team and work closely with the Group Lead to elevate measuring processes.
What will you do?
- Lead and coach a team of inspectors.
- Act as the primary contact for quality-related matters.
- Create an optimal working environment with the right tools and methods.
- Continuously improve inspection and measuring processes using LEAN methodologies.
- Monitor product quality and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and absenteeism meetings.
- Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Actively contribute to process improvement and change management.
Requirements
- You hold an MBO+ (secondary vocational education) diploma or have an Bachelor-level education and work experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a production or measuring environment.
- Affinity with technology and measuring systems, particularly CMM. If you lack CMM experience but have a strong technical background, we still encourage you to apply.
- Decisive with a coaching leadership style.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus.
- Experience with LEAN methodologies is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime occasionally.
